“Nice clean hotel plenty of hot water. breakfest could be better the sausage patties are thin doesn't mean you have to over cook them to be hard as a rock.other problem we had was the key card did not work when we got here the lady at the front desk had to use her master key to open the door and again for the second day hopefully they get it fixed for the third day”

“Stayed here while visiting friends in town and had a very good experience. The location is great and very close to several good restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole place felt open, bright and updated. Our room was nice and well laid out. And the breakfast was probably one of the best Hampton Inn breakfasts I’ve ever had. The food was fresh and they had scones which were delicious. Overall a nice stay and I would definitely stay here again.”

“The rooms could use some work, but it was still a pleasant stay!! Deborah at the front seat went out of her way to help us with paperwork we needed to pull up off an email. Very pleasant and helpful! We were disappointed it did not have an onsite bar/restaurant. We thought it would being a convention center.”

“After having a terrible experience at the Southhaven Homewood Suites, we we searching desperately to find a nice hotel. I explained my experience and this hotel apologized for the other one and this Hotel is Amazingly clean, with a professional staff that provides the highest level of customer service. Staying here felt like being home and what more can a king ask for. Thank you so much for keeping it extremely clean, and keeping the level of professionalism at the highest level.”

“Nice clean hotel in a pretty good location. It has a few restaurants close by and several fast food joints. Kroger is about a mile away with a Starbucks inside. The fridge in my room was making a high pitched sounds almost constantly. It’s wasn’t really loud but just a squeal in the background. The room was clean and in great shape. Very quiet. Even With a school bus of kids staying here. Breakfast was disappointing, especially after what I read from someone else’s review of a great breakfast. Mine experience was mediocre at best. But there is a Waffle House across the street.”

Even when I kept calling to ask questions before my stay he didn't get frustrated with me Keith and Mildred the Breakfast was amazing each day And Ms. Deborah you are so amazing you helped me with resources of what stores to go to.
